BlondMe Bond Enforcing Premium Lightener 9+ is a high performance powder lightener. This is the first powder lightener to provide up to 9 levels of lift on natural and coloured hair. It offers perfect neutralisation thanks to it's anti-yellow-agents which directly target the pheomelanin in hair to avoid unwanted warm or yellow undertones.

How to Use: Mix 1:1.5 to 1:2.5 (Ex: 30g BLONDME Premium Lightener 9+ and 45-75 mL BLONDME Premium Developer). Allow to develop for 30 – 45 minutes. Rinse.
